Who we are & what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the AEROSOOTHE website, presented by AEROSOOTHE WELLNESS LLC, Franklin, Tennessee, USA. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
It covers browsing our catalogue, using the project-brief tool and related correspondence you choose to send separately. It does not describe another website’s practices or replace a privacy notice provided for a separate service.
Information involved
You can explore the collections without creating an account. The following distinction matters: ordinary website requests reach the hosting infrastructure, while the contents of a project brief stay in your browser until you choose to share them.
| Your activity | Information involved | How it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| Browsing | IP address and standard request information, such as requested pages, time and browser details. | Processed by hosting infrastructure to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose faults. |
| Preparing a brief | Name, organisation, email, destination country, collection, quantity and project requirements. | Prepared in your browser. The website does not upload these form entries. |
| Opening an email draft | The project details you entered, the recipient and subject. | Passed to your chosen email application through a mail link. Your email provider may save drafts; you choose whether to send. |
| Downloading a product summary | Public product descriptions, reference pricing and a specification checklist. | Generated in your browser and saved on your device. It does not contain the personal details entered in a brief. |
| Contacting us separately | Your message, business contact details and any material you choose to send. | Received only when you independently send it through a working business contact channel. |
How the project-brief tool works
Selecting “Prepare email draft” passes your completed brief to the email application configured on your device. The website does not automatically send the message, submit the form to a website database or enrol you in marketing. Your email application or provider may store the draft under its own settings and privacy practices.
Selecting “Copy enquiry” copies your brief to your device clipboard so you can paste it into your preferred email application. If clipboard access is unavailable, the page displays selectable text. Copying does not send the enquiry.
Entries can remain in the open page while you work. Your browser may retain form entries through autofill or session settings. Product summaries are generated as local text downloads; you control whether to keep, delete or share them.
Review the recipient and draft in your email application before sending. We receive your enquiry only after you send it.
How information is used
- Website operation: delivering pages and assets, maintaining availability, understanding basic service usage, detecting abuse and investigating technical problems.
- Your chosen correspondence: if you contact us, understanding the enquiry, responding, assessing project requirements and preparing or discussing a quotation.
- Business administration: if a relationship follows, keeping relevant records and meeting applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution requirements.
We do not need financial credentials or sensitive personal information for an initial project brief. This website does not run personalised advertising or automated decisions about your eligibility for a product or service.
Service providers & other recipients
Website hosting and technical service providers process the request information needed to deliver and secure the site. The local brief tool does not transmit your form entries to those providers.
If you separately contact us, relevant personnel and communication or business-support providers may handle the information needed for that correspondence. A quotation requiring another supplier’s input should identify any additional information that needs to be shared; the website does not automatically send your brief to suppliers.
Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a lawful requirement, respond to a valid legal process, or protect legal rights and the security of the service. External websites and a messaging provider you choose operate under their own privacy policies.
How long information is kept
We do not receive or store a server-side copy of the locally prepared brief. You control files saved to your own device and any copies you independently share.
Technical request information is retained according to the hosting service’s operational and security retention arrangements. Correspondence that is separately received is retained as needed for its purpose, considering whether the enquiry is active, whether a transaction follows, applicable recordkeeping duties and the need to resolve disputes.
A deletion request may not require immediate removal of information subject to a legal retention duty. The relevant record and reason for retention should be considered when responding to a request.
Security & sensitive information
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and the hosting service. The project-brief tool does not request payment-card details, account passwords, identity documents or document uploads.
For research enquiries, describe the institution and material requirements without patient records, clinical histories, genetic data or identifiable research-subject information.
Use a trusted device and a verified business contact. No website, device or email channel can guarantee absolute security. If a matter requires sensitive documentation, arrange an appropriate method of exchange before sending it.
International processing
Website hosting and delivery services may operate infrastructure in countries other than the one where you access the site, including the United States. Technical request information may be processed in those locations, which may have different data-protection rules.
A brief that is only saved locally is not transferred to us by this website. If you later share it using email, cloud storage or another communication service, the processing locations and protections of those services also apply. Where the law requires safeguards for an international transfer under our responsibility, those requirements apply.
Your choices & privacy rights
- Browse without opening the brief tool, and omit any project information you do not wish to include.
- Review, amend or delete your email draft and locally saved files. Control autofill, downloads, cache and browsing history through your browser or device.
- Where applicable law provides these rights, request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information held about you; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent for processing that depends on consent.
- Where applicable, raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority or use an available appeal process if a request is declined.
Rights depend on your location, the law that applies and the information involved. A request may require proportionate identity or authority verification. Statutory exceptions and response periods apply; this policy does not limit those rights. Browsing the catalogue does not subscribe you to marketing.
Making a privacy request
Contact AEROSOOTHE WELLNESS LLC at help@chasingquietdreams.com.
Identify the company and website, describe your request, and provide enough context to locate any correspondence we have actually received. Do not send a password, payment-card number or a copy of an identity document with an initial request.
If the brief has only been saved on your device, there is no server-side copy for us to retrieve, correct or delete. You can manage that file directly. If you have shared it elsewhere, address requests about those copies to the relevant recipient.
Children & policy updates
This catalogue is directed to adult business and institutional users, not children. Do not enter children’s information in a brief. If you believe such information has been separately sent to us, raise the issue through verified business correspondence so it can be addressed.
Last updated: October 13, 2026. We revise this policy when the website or its data practices change. The date identifies the version you are reading. Material changes requiring further notice or consent will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
